Our Cancellation / No Show Policy

By booking an appointment you are now agreeing to our Cancellation and No Show Policy...

Any no shows or cancellation within 24hrs will be charged 50% of your apt fee and any within 12hrs will be charged 100% of the time we have set aside specially for you.

We understand that things happen so please let us know asap if you need to reschedule and we will use our discretion applying this policy.

We will hold your apt for 10mins after your booked time, if you arrive late you will be classed as a no show and the no show will apply - so please triple check your apt time and confirmation txt.

If your going to be late please call the salon and check that it will still work with your stylist.

 

We make time - sometimes even outside our normal working hours to provide an apt time and by not showing up or giving enough notice canceling this has a huge impact on both our time and income as a small business.
